Print the template at 100% / Actual Size, cut out all the pieces, fold along the dashed lines, and glue the tabs together.
For a stronger model, use cardstock or thick paper.

How to Assemble
- Print the template on A4 paper.
- Cut around the outer lines of each piece.
- Fold along the dashed lines.
- Apply glue to the areas marked “Glue”.
- Assemble the walls, roof, chimney, base, and other details.
- Let the glue dry before handling the finished model.
Tips
For better results, use paper between 120–180 gsm.
Use a ruler to help create clean and straight folds. Applying a small amount of glue to each tab will also help prevent the paper from becoming too wet.
