 COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. Grant of License By purchasing this digital product from Budi Studios, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the design under the terms specified below.

2. Permitted Uses

  • Physical Products: You may print this design on physical merchandise including t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, mugs, posters, and other apparel/accessories.
  • Print on Demand (POD): Allowed for direct physical product sales to end consumers up to 500 units.
  • Marketing: You may use low-resolution design mockups for marketing and promotional materials on your store or social media.

3. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses

  • No Reselling Digital Assets: You may NOT resell, sub-license, redistribute, share, or offer the digital PNG, SVG, PSD file in its original or modified form.
  • No Digital Stock Distribution: You cannot upload this artwork to stock platforms, digital marketplaces, or open repositories.
  • No Trademark Claims: You cannot register, trademark, or claim exclusive copyright ownership over this design.

4. Production Limit & Extended Licensing

  • This standard license is valid for up to 500 physical end products.
  • If you plan to manufacture or sell more than 500 units, please contact us directly at budistudios.com to purchase an Extended Commercial License.
